Newly renovated 3 BR home. A background and rental application must be filled out to be considered. We don't accept Section 8. Pets are allowed but there is a deposit for anything that is not in tank or a cage. Viewings will be M-F 10-4 unless I can arrange other times. If you call and I can't answer please leave a message as there are too many responses to call back every number that did not leave one. Renter is responsible for the upkeep of the property i.e. yard maintenance, changing your filter in the AC unit, etc. No smoking in the home. You are also responsible for utilities.
