This is my home place where I lived most of my life. My father spared no expense in 1967 he thought it was high tech then , which I guess it was in that year. My father said he built this house to last forever. The facts on the deed are incorrect because it has 3 bedroom not 2 bedrooms. An experienced agent told me that in the year it was built Catawba county went by size of septic tank to determine # of bedrooms, which don't make sense to me because I don't remember ever having problems with the septic tank having issue because of size but emptying septic was stipulation for my husband and I to receive loan to buy this house. It also has 2 baths and a full basement half finished. A lso carport turned into garage. There's a building built by my brother big enough to live in or remodel into a guest house. There's Big front and back yards. Its a stones throw to Lake Norman. Neighbors are quiet and private. Im selling this place because I've decided to live closer to my mother and help take care of her and not take for granted like I did my father when he passed of COVID a year and half ago because you never know...
