I'm offering a spacious guest bedroom in my townhome, complete with a queen-size bed, a work station, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. Enjoy a lovely view from the very nice window in your guest bedroom. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one upstairs and one downstairs, with the shower being shared. Besides me, no one else lives in the apartment. Please note that while the room comes equipped with basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and detergents, these items will need to be replenished as they are used. I kindly expect tenants to participate in the restocking of these essential supplies to ensure a comfortable living environment for both of us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I am flexible regarding the lease terms. The rental period may range from a minimum of two months up to six months, with the option to extend upon mutual agreement. A one-month notice will be required prior to move-out.
