    Fully furnished. Hello there! We're looking to rent our double en suite master bedroom in Pomona, CA, from February 2025-July 2025. It is part of a two-floor, 1548 sq ft town house. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and access to an indoor garage. One of the smaller bedrooms is rented out, so you'll be sharing the common spaces (kitchen and living room) with a housemate. The fridge in the kitchen/main area is yours, as the other tenant will be using the outside fridge in the garage. The $1700 monthly rent includes 2X a month housekeeping, high-speed internet, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We are part of a close knit faculty and staff community from our university, California State Polytechnic University Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona). It is conveniently located in the beautiful foothills of the San Gabriel mountains, where many universities and hospitals are based. You can access the 210, 10, and 57 freeways easily, as well as the Metrolink. The average rent in our area is approximately $2000 for a 1 bedroom apartment.
