This apt is spacious with kitchen with good cabinets. Large bedroom, ceiling fans. Lots of closet space. The owner lives on first floor takes excellent care of building. Apt faces west and get sunshine all afternoon. We are looking for a compatible tenant to live upstairs. Could be a couple. The person(s) who will take this apt must be respectful of other tenants in building by not playing loud music, not smoking, & have lots of guests running up and down the stairs.
