About me; I'm a 55 year old male who is semi-retired and works part time. My hobbies are surfing, tennis, and music am I'm quite frequently out of the house for hours. The apartment is located very close to SFSU and is clean and quiet with accessible laundry room. There are a few firm house rules that should be disclosed. 1.) Apartment must be very quiet between 11:00 pm and 7:00am (night owls and early risers probably a poor fit) individuals with regular sleep habits are a big plus! 2.) No overnight guest unless out of town visitor or family for a couple of days only. 3.) No pets....sorry allergies. 4.) Clean freaks welcomed....I keep the kitchen and bathrooms pretty immaculate.
