Some light cleaning/cosmetic touch-ups may be needed, but the apartment is in good shape for the right tenant. Rental expectation is $1700 per month, and no utilities are included. The security deposit is 1.5x the monthly rent. ALL tenants MUST complete and pass a background/financial check. The cost for this service is a non-refundable $55. This will not be asked of you until you have made a decision to rent the unit, please note the minimum monthly income qualification is approximately $5000 per month gross, this information is used as part of the qualification process.
