We've loved making this house a home for our growing family. Our home sits on a wonderful 5.22 acre property, with a large metal barn, and an additional 17.97(+/-) acres available for purchase. Our custom kitchen remodel is our favorite update so far, with new soapstone style quartz, and on the island, walnut butcherblock countertops; we also installed coordinating tile floors, all new black stainless Kitchenaid appliances, porcelain farmhouse sink, and matte black finishes. At the same time, we added a mudroom with built-ins and walk-in pantry, which has been super functional for our family. The primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, along with two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, is located on the main floor. The fully finished basement features another bedroom, full bath, large laundry room, family/rec room, and walk-out to the attached two car garage. We've also just rebuilt the attached deck, to make the most out of the coming summer and our outdoor space, with our above ground pool. We've also done some less exciting updates, like installing a new HVAC system with smart thermostat in 2020 and new security system.
