upon entering notice the updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, double oven, Bosch convection/microwave and side by side refrigerator. spacious living area with sliding glass doors to outside sitting area. master bedroom has a big walk in closet and full size washer dryer. there are 2 total bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. there is also a storage closet and plenty of storage space located above the unit in the accesible crawl space. we are asking for first month's rent plus deposit equal to a months rent. there is an application fee of $100 to the condo association, they will check that you have good rental history and do a background and criminal check. it is a great neighborhood and the condo association members live on site, so they really care for their community. there is also a community pool. the area is close to much shopping and not too far from the beach either! there are 2 designated parking spaces plus guest parking available. it is a ground floor end unit. Also close to IMG and SCF. we just put in a new AC unit this past summer and totally remodeled the kitchen and baths 2 years ago. water and cable are included.
