The parking stalls are divided by red stone blocks on the gravel in front of the house. Feel free to take one of the available spots. You may also park in front of the small white garage door if there is no available space. Your room will be on the right upon entering the house, pass the kitchen, then take a left. You'll see 3 doors, the bathroom door, bedroom door, and garage door. The garage door is UNAVAILABLE to guest. Your bedroom door will be in the center and a key is provided for you in the room to lock your door if you leave the house. This private room has it's own personal AC unit, and central heating system. (Please turn off AC when you aren't home.) This home is a family environment. Please note that this room is meant for only one guest, but we do accept an additional guest for a fee. Bath and hand towels are provided. Extra pillows and blankets are provided upon request. Furnished rental. A lease agreement is required. Security deposit required. No smoking. Friendly environment.
