    I am looking for someone to do a lease takeover for my room in a three-bedroom, three-bath house located on Lemon Grove Dr near Sunset! The other two bedrooms are currently occupied. This would be a direct lease takeover, as the lease ends in October, and you can move in as early as the first of March. The room you would be moving into has carpet, a closet, room for a queen bed, and two nice, large windows facing the corner of the home. House has a nice backyard, shared living spaces include a dining room, kitchen, and living room. There is also a garage space and a shed for storage. Rent for the room is $650 + utilities. The household pays for electric, internet, gas, water, and garbage split amongst all tenants you would pay 2/7 of the utilities which average 140-210. Move-in is first and last month's rent. Landlord verifies income (3 months minimum) No new pets however, a roommate does have an emotional support cat. Please message me if interested to schedule a tour and you can meet myself and your new potential roommates! No Smoking No pets aside from service animals
