The galley kitchen has a large island with seating and an additional breakfast nook for additional dinning. The yard has large mature trees with a big open backyard. -Minimum 1 month stay (May consider shorter term) $3,600 per month. -Water, gas and AT&T Fiber internet included. Electricity will be billed to tenant. -Non-refundable pet deposit ($500) and cleaning fee ($150) - Refundable deposit ($1,500). - 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins beds. We can accommodate 6 guest comfortably.
