No carpet in the entire house besides the master bedroom and the adjacent bedroom. The entire house is for family renting, no room sharing will be permitted. Utilities: -Tenant will be responsible for paying water, electric and gas bills. Remaining days of lease period will start after tenant have completely moved out of the property. -There will be a move-in inspection and move-out inspection done to look for potential damages. -This house is residential dwelling only. -Please be mindful to the neighbors when inviting guests. -Keep noise level down when having guests over. -No smoking inside of the properties and definitely do not do drugs on the property.
