This is a very nice unit that is part of the Grand Oaks apartment complex (http www.grandoaks-homes.com) in Gurnee, IL right across the freeway from Six Flags! Dogs are allowed up to 40 lbs with some breeds needing to be approved by the complex (we have a terrier mix that looks like a pit bull and they let him in) and cats are welcome as well! I recently got a job offer in Milwaukee which I start on August 22nd so the apartment can be available anytime after that (if I have found a new place to stay by then) and the lease if over by June 1st 2017. I will be completely moved out of the apartment when you arrive so this will be an unfurnished unit and the lease will be transferred completely into your name as well as utilities. The rent I have listed ($925) is what I pay per month without electricity or internet/TV. What is required before you move in: 1) Application fees (For background and credit check) this is charged by my complex I have no control over this ~$50 per person 2) $500 Security Deposit 3) First months rent $925 (+$15 pet rent per month if applicable) Please feel free to contact me by email or text (since I cannot always take phone calls while I am work, but feel free to leave a voice mail).
