A big variety of home styles and all homes have large +- acre lots. No restrictive homeowners association to deal with, yet neighborhood is well maintained without looking manicured. No through streets. Nice variety of homeowners as well, i.e. retirees, young working families, and career professionals. Simply a great little neighborhood of about 70 homes.
