There's no such thing as a bad day in the mountains! The lease duration is negotiable. Monthly rent is $1,800. The tenant is responsible for gas and power utilities. For stays under three months, utilities will be charged at a flat rate. For rentals longer than three months, the tenant will place the gas and power utilities in their name. We do require a monthly cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen, which is completed by our housekeepers at a rate of $35 per hour. Please note that the HOA is very strict regarding pets. Any pets will require proper documentation, including a doctor's note, for HOA approval.
