Our neighborhood is the most desired, matured neighborhood in Corvallis. The homes are from the 60-70's so construction is solid, landscaping mature with plenty of trees. Most homes do not have air-conditioning because it is not needed! We get a nice breeze in the evening and it cools down nice. There are newer developments in Corvallis but the feel is more tracky, smaller lots, etc.
