(Although it feels more like 2 separate spaces) You get your own wing of the house with: -bedroom -private office/living area -private bathroom -walk in closet -private entrance. *The size of this space is similar to a studio apartment or bungalow. Quaint and quiet street in the hills but only a few minute walk down to Sunset blvd restaurants/coffee shops etc. One shared parking space and ample street parking. Laundry in unit. Currently furnished with a queen bed, desk, tv. These can stay or be removed. This house has been in the film family for a long time and has really positive, creative energy. Would love to find someone whose lifestyle and values align. Month to month rental
