It has deck and nice back and front yard (corner lot). Deck has a Hot tub. Master bathroom has jacuzzi. Nice entertainment center with large TV and sound system. Sunroom with nice view to yard. Formal giving room and dinning room with hard wood floors. House comes fully furnished, and if required a vehicle could also be negotiated to stay with the house. We are leaving for 10-12 months for a sabbatical. Tenant responsible for all utilities as well as lawn and snow care.
