Deer, wild turkey and soaring birds are part of the neighborhood. Bald eagles nest around the lake in the winter and countless other types of birds love it at the lake. The lake neighborhoods are special places. We have a summer picnic for the lake neighborhoods and a Christmas party. There isn't a lot of turnover at the lake because once you've lived here, you will never want to live anywhere else.
