The apartment is a block (5 mins) away from a red line metro station and several bus lines. There is a Giant, Wegmans, CVS, and several great restaurants all within walking distance. The building is also a short walk away from Rock Creek park. Unfortunately, pets and smoking is not allowed. About the room: SPACIOUS. It fits my fullsize bed, office chairs and desk, coffee table and chair, dresser, etc and I still have room for a workout mat! You will also have a medium walk-in closet. This is a lease takeover from May 1st to end of August with option to renew after this lease ends.
