The large living area, free washer and dryer, and private pool with an option to add heat make it a perfect retreat. The townhouse features a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and spacious indoor dining areas, complemented by outdoor pool loungers for relaxation. Enjoy free access to the community amenity center and clubhouse, enhancing your stay with additional leisure options. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to coordinate this amenity. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool. Festival at ChampionsGate is a community in Davenport, Florida, located just a few minutes away from Disney's Magic Kingdom. Situated off I-4 South in the ChampionsGate area, it is surrounded by 200 acres of lush natural Florida woodlands and lakes. The family-friendly resort offers private gated neighborhoods and impressive amenities, including a resort-style heated pool, kids' water park, fitness center, and more. Check-out time is 10 AM. To prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and it is a self-catering home, so we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have basic toiletries, and the kitchen will have some essentials. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. A laptop computer is not included.
