The house is newer construction and is in really nice shape. It has a very open floor plan, a large pantry, tons of cabinet space, and a porch on the ground level. The rent is $680 per month plus utilities. Additionally, it is an individual lease meaning everyone in the house has their own. In the housing community, there is a weight gym, cardio gym, pool, sauna, tanning bed, study building (with free printing), pool tables, ping pong tables, sand volleyball court, movie theater, and a few other cool features. There is also a bus stop right across the street as well as a shuttle run by The Outpost that goes to and from campus and best of all you are within walking distance of Old Town! There might be other roommates in the house, all of which are males and range from the age of 19-21. They are all very easy going and fun guys. There is a dog in the house, she goes by the name of Pepper and she is a sweetheart however there is a high chance that her and most of the roommates will be gone over the summer and living accommodations will be easy. So basically you get all of these awesome perks and what seems to be an empty house all to yourself for a great price, so definitely do not hesitate to call! Tenant only covers water and electricity.
