It is the far end with only one shared wall. It’s an external unit townhome. It’s very quiet. No one drives past us because we’re at the end of the street. We have nice Theil beautiful granite counters, an upgraded super owners suite so the bedroom is massive and they added the master bath above the lanai so it’s bigger than most of the other homes in the neighborhood. We have a sink in the laundry room and got just about every upgrade you could get. White kitchen cabinets that May painted one day, but enjoying the clean white look for now. It’s a lot bigger than we need but it’s nice to have so much space and such an abundance of closets everywhere. The master bedroom has two humongous walk-in closets. There’s a huge walk-in closet in the third room in a normal closet in the middle room. The screened in lanai has been an asset. The lanai is our oasis because we don’t get eaten up by bugs and it adds a little additional privacy
