About the space: This is a private apartment on the ground level of my house. I live upstairs on the second and third stories. There is a large bedroom, cozy living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. You have private access outside through your own garden pathway and door with a keypad for easy entry. The space is completely separate from the rest of the home. Note: There is not a full kitchen space so this will work for someone just wanting to heat up easy meals. You will be a few hundred feet from all of the restaurants on Hawthorne so it's very easy to eat well. Fred Meyer is less than a block away and New Seasons is about three blocks. The kitchenette area includes a microwave, small refrigerator, and hot water kettle. Bedroom details: Sq. Prime location- next to Hawthorne, Belmont, Laurelhurst Park, Division. Pets: Unfortunately, due to our house cleaner having severe allergies, this is a non-pet-friendly apartment. About you: You are a respectful and considerate person who appreciates nice spaces and great neighborhoods. You are looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay for a short time. You are excited about being just off of Hawthorne and can take advantage of all the restaurants and coffee shops just outside our door. Price: $1500 per month. $100 cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Utilities are included in the monthly price. $1500 deposit
