    you will have your own private bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the owner and your own private bathroom. and complete access throughout the house. you can park your car in the driveway if you wish. I live in the community of Harlem Ranch which has plenty of amenities from walking trails bicycle trails swimming pool barbecue and picnic areas music and concerts throughout the spring and summer along with taco truck nights and mini activities that are available. nicely located close to Clovis Community hospital shopping areas, etc etc the minimum lease is 3 months. I will negotiate for anything else.
