I can get exact measurements if you need. Each room has a closet and fan. The shared living space would include 1 bathroom with a shower, living room, kitchen, laundry room, yard, and parking spaces. Garage space can be negotiated. This room is available for up to ~1yr. Fees include: Water, electricity ~ $100, your half ~$50. Power etc ~ $250, your half ~$125.
