Grijalva Realty is the Landlord. As a previous tenant - and have experienced first hand - DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I have submitted a total of 5 maintenance request forms over the past year. To which each request form asks for the following to be fixed. Kitchen cabinets needs to be replaced, as they are destroyed & severing from the wall due to water damage - caused by the washer & dryer's hookup valves being too old. They just needed to replace the hoses, washer, nut, & seal (uncompleted - never done) Kitchen sink & garbage disposal - sink would always leak & disposal would always end up not working. (Never completed) The SWAMP COOLER (no A/C unit) leaked until it fell through the roof & took 3 months to be fixed. Then 2 years later - had to be replaced again because it was completely rusted & old. Which NOW it rattles extremely loudly, due to the belt being too large for the pulleys. Bathroom cabinets fixed, bathroom sink still leaks (uncompleted) Took them 2 months to replace the back sliding glass door. Took them 6 months to replace the bathtub - a hole formed in the tub next to the drain - they tried to have someone use a silicone patch to make it 'work for now' Took them 3 months to replace the hot water heater as it sprung a leak & broke. Kitchen drawer faces & handles needs to be replaced. These people are not a reliable realty company / landlord. No dish washer No pantry
