Quiet court location,private backyard,deep with lots of fruit trees/garden,large patio,large shed/workshop in the corner,house inside completed remodeled,original hardwood floor refinished,nice big kitchen with a pantry,central AC has Trane unit meant for 2000 sq. ft. house,very quiet at night,easy to fall asleep. Neighborhood Description Very nice,only one house is rented out,the rest is owner occupied. Houses are well kept & maintained. Quiet at night,no freeway or train noise,no ethnic/cultural music or farm animals to aggravate you. Close to schools,stores,etc. but far enough away so you can't see or heard them.
