Main house needs cosmedic work. Has 100 yr roof w/ 16yrs on it. Was stripped down to the rafters w/ 3 rafters replaced and roof compleetly replaced from rafters up. Extra long driveway put in. Dish network is installed. House needs upgrading work on it. BLD Inspection maintained house was not to be resold and there are not enough earthquake safety measures in place. Said house would need more work than it would cost to tear it down and rebuild and wanted our word we were staying for life before he would sign off on work permit. The house needs new plumbing and electrical upgrades and new windows as well. Massive trees need removal and trimming. Mother-in-law cottage burned but may be able to be completely rebuilt. It has an extra large lot.
