You can opt to ONLY have one bunk set in the bedroom (this is the same price). If electing FURNISHED this is the only change that can be made (all other furniture must remain in place during the full lease term). Applicant cannot have an eviction or filing for eviction against them in the last 5 years. If criminal history is present, approval of application would be determined on a case by case basis taking into account the nature of any offense, the length of time since the offense, and the volume of offenses if more than one exists for all adults on the lease. All factors in this section apply to all adults that will reside at the property.
