Renter responsible for utilities, such as water, sewer, garbage, gas, electricity, cable, internet, etc. Monthly fee for LADWP (electricity, garbage, water and sewer) is about $220. This does not include gas, which is about $20 per month. Owner pays security alarm system, jacuzzi maintenance and gardener. No smoking allowed. No cats or large dogs. Must have good credit.
