This house is located at 3625 Sunset Ln in Fort Gratiot. Rent is $1150 per month BUT if you pay BEFORE the 1st your rent will only be $1100. The security deposit is $1150 and all utilities (Electric, Gas, and Water) will have to be put in your name. To be considered your household income must be $3,450 or greater per month and an eviction, criminal and credit check will be performed prior to an approval. An application is required for anyone living in the household that is 18 years of age or older. Applications are not submitted for approval unless filled out completely so please bring a valid photo ID, a month's worth of pay stubs and your previous landlords contact information, if applicable. Common Questions: Do you except pets? Yes we accept 1 pet BUT no "aggressive" breed dogs or any pets over 50 pounds. There will also be a a non refundable pet deposit of 300 dollars. Any exotic animals require special approval. Are appliances included? A refrigerator and stove are included. There are washer and dryer hookups but a washer and dryer will not be provided. Do you accept section 8? Yes. What day can I move in? Immediately! What do you look for in the background check? Felonies, evictions, wage garnishments and violent and housing related crimes. What are the school districts: Please verify this information but I have been told that the school district for this house is Thomas Edison Elementary, Fort Gratiot Middle School and Port Huron Northern. What type of heat: Gas forced air Lease is month to month. All utilities (DTE, Semco, Water) will have to be put into your name. Lawn maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenant.
