    Duplex being Sold ''As Is'' Both sides of the duplex are occupied. Side A: from 3/17/2023-3/31/2024 and he is paying $925 a month, $900 of that is actual rent, $25 of that is pet rent. He also paid a pet fee ( which the owner received, it will not be transferred in the sale), and a deposit of $899 which would be transferred in the sale. The other side of the duplex is on an active lease from 10/4/2022-9/30/2023. They are paying $975 a month and have a deposit on file of $1950. One side of the property has had more extensive renovation than the other. Here are the details for those specifics: The property has a new roof. All the exterior doors are new.
