Trying to sell our 2006 Clayton Cheyenne Mobile Home. It is in good condition. 3 bed 2 bath. Replaced garden tub in master bath in November 2015 because the original one was too small. Replaced carpet with wood flooring in the master bedroom in November 2014. Replaced water heater in 2012 with a bigger one. Replaced stove in 2013. New shingles on roof within the last 2 years. Comes with washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator, all in working order. We still live in it and wouldn't be selling it but we have outgrown it. Comes with a 14x20 covered deck and a 2 car carport. Normal wear and tear for its age. Must be moved the land it sits on is not for sale.
