This apartment is a lower in a duplex. There is a lot of storage available in the basement as well as hookups for a washer and dryer. There is one off street parking space. The stove and fridge are included. We will offer a $25/mo reduction in rent if you choose to sign up for our online autopay feature. This would bring your monthly rent down to $800/mo. Owner pays for water. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and snow shoveling. We do allow well behaved dogs for an additional $25/mo. Please note that our insurance does not allow us to have dogs of a vicious breed such as pit bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, etc regardless of age or temperament.
