Two windmills feed overflow ponds to attract turkey, deer, and doves. With so many adjacent acres in public hunting and habitat, you can hunt all day along the river or on close by habitat and food plots. The caretaker lives in the modular home and would prefer to stay and live on site. The property is 30 minutes from McCook, NE airport. Once on Elm Creek Farm, you will feel apart from the rest of the world. Trenton is just two miles East and offers fuel, grocers, a cafe, and bars.
