Water cost included, other utilities are extra, electricity cost based on use, average $150/m (new Mitsubishi efficient unit), high speed internet $50/m wo tv. Full access to community amenities included along with events and organizations, bowling, volleyball, teams, camp, holiday celebrations, etc... Must abide by Community rules. This was our family cottage, so could also be used as second weekend residence. Tenancy less than 3 months requiring furnishings must pay minimal moving fee.
