This 2rd floor space is beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice! Laundry is on the floor below. The house is furnished nicely. We expect everyone to help out with the cleaning and upkeep of the house. shoveling and mowing.We ask for 100$ a month for utilities. Please reach out for a showing! No smoking inside please, we are a safe, quiet beautiful Victorian house, if people do not feel safe in the house we would ask you to leave. We ask that if you decide to move out, you give us 2 months notice so we can show the space. We ask that everyone do a chore a week.
