Additionally, the yard has an Invisible Fence around the perimeter if you wish to have a dog. You would just have to buy the collar. The system is already in place. Just needs plugged back in (in the garage). Additional information for your planning purposes. These numbers are estimates, but Gas runs about $62 a month on the budget plan. We hated leaving our neighbors. There are walking trails all through the neighborhood. Shopping is only about a mile away for Kroger, and downtown vibrant Delaware is only a couple of miles away if you are looking for great food and entertainment. All potential renters will have their credit checked at their cost (approximately $40) through TransUnion's SmartMove system. I don't get your personal information, TransUnion is one of the 3 main credit agencies. They do the screening and then make a recommendation to me. You do this by providing me with an email address for the primary tenant, an email address for the secondary tenant (if applicable), and an email address for a co-signer (if applicable). I put that information into TransUnion SmartMove and they send you a secure link to the application. This property is available for move in on 9/1/18. Tenants will have 1st month's rent of $1750.00 and $1750.00 security deposit prior to move in being allowed. Also, your rent will be paid via automatic payment (ACH) from your payroll department and/or banking institution after your initial month. I have a form that you'll need to give to your HR department (or bank) or you can do so by using Zillow's built in option for the same thing. Alternatively to working directly with your HR/payroll department or bank, you can elect to do all payment electronically via TransUnion's SmartMove system at your cost. If you wish to pay by credit card, there is a 3% upcharge, by debit card, there is a 1% upcharge, or by eCheck/ACH (through their system) there is a $5 per transaction fee. If you choose any of these options, you'll need to let me know so that I can set it up in the system. Those fees are all borne by the tenant(s).
