Full size kitchen outfitted with everything needed to cook, including a Keurig and full coffee pot as well as a tea kettle for all your hot beverage needs. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and Roku TV. Large closets and dressers in each room provide ample storage. Laundry room off the main living area. Laundry is free, but is shared with the upstairs unit (that's me!). Street parking, but there is a lot of it, and it's free. The location of this unit in Ballard is convenient for commuting easily to just about anywhere in the city. Nearby access to multiple bus lines, make it easy to catch a ride to work or downtown. Walking distance to groceries, coffee, restaurants, and countless breweries. Note: This is a basement unit, and as such the ceilings are lower than normal. Particularly tall tenants may find the space less than ideal.
