Front yard and porch with swinging chairs. Updated restoration hardware sofa. Furnished with mid-century modern furniture. Utilities, internet, and trash will all be moved to the tenant's name. All other utilities will be moved to the tenant's name. Trash, electricity, internet, heating, water etc. This will start as a six month lease. With the option for the owner to extend.
