What I love about this apartment.... The apartment is spacious and the building is both quiet and friendly. No high drama and every apartment is different. This particular unit has an open kitchen design including extra counter space, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Shaker is a very active community at large with a great school system. The Shaker Gateway apartments are in the Van Aken District and have a bus line directly in front of it, as well as a post office. It is walking distance to Van Aken shopping center, the Rapid Blue line, Starbucks as well as Thornton Park (neighborhood pool and ice skating rink) also the Shaker Family Center (day care and other activities for young families). We also recently installed surveillance camera's throughout the entire property for your safety and convenience! We as land lord pay for water, sewer and trash and tenants are responsible for Electric and Gas. With an 18-month lease we will include garage parking for 12 months, for one car, and for the remaining 6 months it is a monthly charge of $25.
