All the linen is cotton, separate colorful beach towels, beach chairs and other beach equipment. Kitchen can satisfy the most demanding chef. Guests have obligations other than the rent to pay cleaning fee, Management approval, damage deposit (returnable if there is no any damage). Official Florida rental contract will be provided. Payment is possible with installments as per schedule, all along the year. Every guest in the past 6 years was very satisfied, and many of them are coming over and over again as long as they could.
