Approx 11x9.5 ft, Your own private bathroom My Ideal Roommate: I'm a gay male looking for another gay or gay-friendly male housemate. Must be tidy, clean up after yourself (especially in the kitchen), and be respectful of the shared space. Like-minded guys preferred. House & Amenities: Pets: I have 1 small dog and 2 cats. A small, well-behaved dog is welcome, but you MUST be an animal person. W/D in unit, Backyard fire pit area, Street parking, recycling/composting. No drugs 420 OK. Logistics: $1000 refundable security deposit. Renter's insurance required within 30 days of move-in. I can do month to month or a lease. 6 month minimum preferred.
