    What's special

This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, split entry single family home on almost a ½ acre lot. Three bedrooms are on the same level. The house is located in a cul-de-sac with a 20 acre park behind it. With a new (huge) washer + drier, new invisible dog fence. New granite kitchen counters. Invisible dog fence. Replacement laminate throughout. AV equipment stays for movie room and will leave zero turn mower for huge garden maintenance. SS appliances in the kitchen and about $63,500 worth of upgrades added in 2014 including heated tile floors in both bathrooms and the foyer and all new windows and siding. In the summer, enjoy sitting on the deck, eating lunch or dinner, while watching a baseball game that is going on in the park. If the kids are in sports, chances are you will only need to go to your extended back yard for the games. You can walk your children down to one of two playgrounds or go walk over to the tennis/pickle ball courts for a game yourself. Or just take your dog for a walk in the park or a bike ride with the kids. In the winter, throw on your warm clothes and walk back to take the kids ice skating with a warming house or sledding on the sledding hill. The activities are limitless so let your imagination go. You can also park your car in the heated three car garage and never get into a cold car again. There is plenty of storage in the attic of the garage. With it being heated, you don’t have to worry about things being in the extreme cold. If it's too cold outside, too hot and humid, or even raining, make some popcorn and go downstairs into your own Movie Theater and watch your favorite movie or TV show on the 100 inch screen. If you are entertaining and need the room, press the remote control and watch the screen roll up out of the way and now you have a large family room. At the bottom of the stairs you can use the space as an office or put a couple bookcases in there and a couple comfy chairs and you have a library to read a good book. The bathrooms were just redone and sport new heated tile on the floor and full tile in the shower areas. The tile in the foyer is also heated so no more cold floors. Living in a cul-de-sac has its perks too. You have the quiet of having no traffic other than the neighbors, no more speeding vehicles. The yard, being just under a ½ acre, is big enough for you to show your green thumb and build a garden, add your own playground structures or even a pool with a fence. You will love not having to go out and manually placing a sprinkler in your yard and moving it around to get it in every area watered, that’s why man made sprinklers and the house has them. Set the timer and let it do all the work. You will enjoy never running out of hot water with the new tankless water heater. Have the washer and dishwasher running while someone is showering in both showers. That works out well when you have a big family or having guests visiting. The NorthStar transit train is close, if you work downtown it is a good option, but it is extremely easy to hop on the Northstar train to go down for a Twins Game, events at the Target Center or transfer from the NorthStar onto the Light Rail and go to the airport or the Mall of America instead of driving and fighting traffic. Close to Riverdale shopping where you can find everything you will need. Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, the ice skating rink and Anoka library are just a mile away.
