Convenient to mall, Target shopping center, and downtown. Quiet area. Zillow seems to be pricing Kingston homes lumped with much lower-quality homes in poor-quality neighborhoods. Compare them yourself. Also, the $22K "sale" Zillow shows in 2003 was not a sale at all. It was a buyout of my ex-wife's interest in the property.
