This is such a cool property!!! At the end of a dirt road you pull into the homesite. Looking out past the farm yard to the east the sun will set behind you lighting up the hillside and timber along the east line. I walked this property and couldn't get enough of it! I just wanted to keep walking it and learning it. There was tons of deer sign and while walking it I kept adding mental notes to the map in my head of where would be good stand sites and where I think deer would come through most! I also saw a pretty large rub that definitely wasn't from a standard year and a half old buck. This rub was definitely from a mature northwoods buck! Great topography with rolling hills, mix of aspen, oak, maple, birch etc. Property also has old home and buildings that could be fixed up to live in or use as hunting camp. Or start fresh and tear down home is in need of a large amount of work. Convenient location being about 12.2 miles from Cloquet and about 31.2 miles from Duluth.
