Great fixer upper! The whole house has been rewired, new plugs, and breaker system along with a few other updates. Needs a fresh coat of paint trim and a few other minor things. Update!!! The house received water damage due to Harvey the floors now need to be replaced. The water only got on the floors and did not go higher then that. Put on hold while dealing with Insurance, sorry for the inconvenience. Still welcome to call and ask questions about the property.
