This home was completely remodeled about 6 years ago. For the past 6 years it has been a rental home. Priorities have changed over the past few years and I have other investments I'd like to move on to. I am listing the home as is, and it will be available Aug. 1st, 2014. I have already given the tenants 60 days to move. If a landlord would like to purchase the home I know they would like to stay 2 more years when their only daughter finishes high school. Rent currently is 1000 per month, but could easily get 1200. Home needs a new roof, some clean up inside and out.
